Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Your Adobe Stock portfolio and sales history stay in your browser. They are stored in the extension's own local database, on your machine, and we keep no copy. What we hold on our servers is the small amount needed to know that your subscription is active: your email, your licence key, and identifiers linking the two to your Patreon and Adobe Stock accounts.

2. What we store

3. What we do not store

We do not keep your portfolio, your assets, your keywords, or your sales records. When the dashboard calculates something for you, that data is sent to our server, used for that single calculation, and discarded when the response is returned. Nothing is written to disk and nothing is retained afterwards.

Scanning works the same way. The extension fetches your data from Adobe using your own logged-in session and stores it locally. Our server tells the extension what to fetch next and receives only counts — how many items came back, how many were already known. The contents never reach us.

4. Diagnostic logs

Requests to our API are logged so that we can find and fix problems. A log entry records the time, the endpoint, the response status, a shortened form of your licence key, and — when a request fails — your email address and Adobe contributor ID, so that we can tell who was affected. The extension and dashboard also report errors they hit in your browser, including the error message and which screen you were on.

These logs contain no portfolio or sales data. They are kept only for troubleshooting and are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Patreon. We never see or store your card details. When you sign in with Patreon we receive your Patreon user ID, your name and your email address, and whether your membership is active. Patreon's own privacy policy governs what Patreon does with your data.

6. Service providers

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.

7. Cookies

The dashboard sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. A cookie is used only for signing in to the administration area, which is not accessible to users.

8. Retention

Your licence record is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Data held in your browser is yours: the extension can export everything to a file, and clearing it removes it permanently, since we hold no copy to restore from.

9. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. Write to foliolize@gmail.com and we will act on your request.

10. Children

FolioLize is a tool for Adobe Stock contributors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced to subscribers.
