Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By subscribing to FolioLize ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

FolioLize is an analytics tool for Adobe Stock contributors, consisting of a Chrome extension and a web dashboard. It reads your own portfolio and sales data from Adobe using your own logged-in session, keeps that data in your browser, and turns it into reports and recommendations. It is sold as a monthly subscription.

3. Your licence

Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. On first use your licence is bound to the numeric ID of your Adobe Stock contributor account, so one subscription serves one contributor account. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like, but you may not share, resell, or sublicense your key. If you need to move your licence to a different Adobe Stock account, contact us.

4. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Patreon. Patreon is the merchant for your payment and its terms govern the transaction. Your access remains active for as long as your Patreon membership is active.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Patreon account. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not need to be notified.

7. Your data

Your portfolio and sales data are stored in your browser, not on our servers. They are sent to us only for a calculation you have asked for, and are discarded as soon as the result is returned. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

8. Acceptable use

The Service reads your own Adobe Stock account, at a pace intended to be considerate of Adobe's systems. You agree not to use FolioLize to access an account you are not entitled to access, and to comply with Adobe's own terms while using it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Adobe Inc.

9. Intellectual property and prohibited use

The Service — including the extension, the dashboard, the server software, and the methods by which it collects and analyses data — is our property and is protected by copyright. You may not:

• copy, redistribute, publish, or make the Service available to others, in whole or in part;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or the underlying methods of the Service, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• create a derivative or competing product from any part of the Service;
• use automated means to extract the Service's instructions, parameters, or behaviour for any purpose other than your own ordinary use.

Licences used for any of the above may be terminated without refund.

10. Availability

The Service depends on our servers and on Adobe's systems, and parts of it will not work while either is unavailable. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Adobe may change its own systems at any time; we adapt as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise that every feature will always work.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Its reports and recommendations are informational and are not a promise of sales, earnings, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
